Mission Statement
The Central Okanagan Bursary and Scholarship Society (COBSS) is a non-profit group of volunteers from the Central Okanagan area who are dedicated to providing financial assistance to our Grade 12 graduates in order that they may further their post-secondary education.
Our Purpose
1) To accept, administer and disburse money held in trust from donors for the purposes of providing bursaries and scholarships for those students desiring to further their education at a post-secondary institution.
2) To recognize student achievement and to assist those who, in their graduating year, might find difficulty in financing further education.
3) To encourage community support in assisting students to further their education and fulfill their vocational ambitions.
